Personal: 35 of Pittsford; married with two children, ages 5 and 7.
Occupation:Vice President of Marketing and Communications, Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra.
Community activities: Ad Council of Rochester, March of Dimes, YWCA, Pittsford Little League, Pittsford PTSA, Friends of Progressive Neighborhood Credit Union.

Biggest challenge I’ve overcome and how I did it: Like anyone else, I’ve experienced a number of challenges. The only way I’ve overcome them is by being open to feedback, and having family, friends and mentors help me along the way.
One thing I’ve always wanted to do but never have: When I was in college, I minored in anthropology with an emphasis on historical archaeology. I never had the opportunity to go on an actual dig, but would love to.
If I could change one thing about myself it would be:There was only one answer I couldn't come up with -- about what I would change about myself. I'm really just a crazy mess, and who wants to announce that in public?
The talent I would most like to have: The ability to live in the moment.
The one thing I can’t live without: Gut instinct.
The song that best describes my life: John Williams: “A New Hope… ” from Star Wars Episode III, Revenge of the Sith.
One of my favorite sayings is: "Not everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted." ~ Albert Einstein
Actress I’d like to portray me in a movie about my life: I can’t even begin to know this, so I put the question out to my book club. Ultimately, they decided on Cate Blanchett.
