Be at cause for the part you play when it comes to your weight

It's official, it is summer time! Let's check in, how are you doing? Write down what your weight is, body fat percentage, cholesterol numbers, blood pressure, etc. If the numbers are not putting you within a healthy range then changes are necessary.

Look at the role you play when it comes to your overall health. You can only change what you are causing and contributing to. We call this being at cause in the NLP world. One must be at cause to make a lasting change.
